Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Master has shower over bath, 2nd bedroom ensuite has standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, underfloor heating.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, built-in fridge, coffee machine.
Balcony: Off of the main apartment there is a balcony with sweeping views of the lake and mountains.

Stairs: External stairs only; no internal stairs
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300 litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
